Established in 1962, Robstan boast over 150 years of collective experience in the industry, serving the needs of the Royal Brighton Yacht Club, Sandringham Yacht Club and more. At Robstan we recognise the importance of having all your boat repair needs catered for and are on site at Sandringham, Brighton and Braeside. We have the wealth of expertise and skill needed to meet your requirements, with qualified boat builders and experienced sailors. Who We Are
Established in 1962 Robstan named by its founders, Victor Robins & Charles Stanton, was based at Royal Brighton Yacht Club. Robstan’s sole owner of 20+ years Phil Russell has grown the business and moved the business base to Sandringham Yacht Club with an additional location in Braeside. We have the wealth of expertise and skill, with qualified boat builders and experienced sailors. Robstan continues to service boat owners from around Port Phillip Bay and beyond and is now bayside’s longest established boat builders.

As Boat Builders and Shipwrights we can cater for all you fibre-glass and timber repair and maintenance needs. Additionally, we have all the specialist resources to call on including, electrical engineers, mechanics, cover/sail makers, stainless steel specialist, sign-writers etc. We can also come to you to assess and discuss your vessel, saving you time.
